A client contacted us regarding language change on their Mazda CX5 as they purchased a Japanese spec, they also tried to navigate the menus hoping to change it themselves but unfortunately it is not so straightforward as the code needs to be manipulated at the lower level and region set to other than JAP.
This was before we made changes/as-is when the client brought it to us.
This is after we made changes and wrote back to cluster, the client was very happy with the changes as most in Malawi were telling them it is a dealer-only job.
